The Wisconsin Literacy Resource Network (WLRN) is a service of the Wisconsin Technical College System Board. The WLRN coordinates literacy adult services throughout the state of Wisconsin and provides resources on adult education and literacy.

Fox Valley Technical College provides a variety of workplace basic skills services to employers.   These services, including basic skills and English as a Second Language training, can be provided both at the employer's site and at the college's campuses.

Northeast Wisconsin Technical College's Center for Business and Industry offers customized employee training to business and industry in various areas including basic skills, technical skills, and interpersonal skills.   Flexible learning options are offered to fit your schedule and learning delivery method preference.

The Racine Literacy Council provides free one-on-one tutoring in basic reading and writing skills for adults in the Racine Area of Wisconsin.  The Council will also provide a customized workplace education to increase employees’ basic skills for a fee.

Labor Market Information

Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce is a merger of the Wisconsin Manufacturers Association, the State Chamber of Commerce and the Wisconsin Council of Safety.  It encourages employment training by pursuing tax incentives to encourage the expansion of employer-sponsored education and training opportunities for prospective and current employees.
