General
The Minnesota Department
of Children, Families & Learning includes all
educational programs and others that address family breakdown,
violence and poverty, thus improving access to services. The
department models state level local "one-stop shops"
where educational services work together with other community
resources.

Information on Adult Basic
Education, including eligibility and where to find training
providers, is provided for employers and individuals. Basic
skills include reading, writing, computation, listening and
speaking, creative thinking and problem-solving, personal

for Customized Training, Education & Development
operates within the Minnesota State Colleges and
Universities. It provides a dynamic statewide network
of customized training, education and development for
business and industry.
