The Employer
Training Investment Program (ETIP) helps Illinois
workers adapt their skills to new technologies and
business practices, thus increasing productivity, reducing
costs, improving quality and boosting competitiveness.
ETIP grants can reimburse Illinois companies for up to 50
percent of the cost of training their employees.
