Adult Learning Resource Center assists the Arkansas
adult learning community by providing services to adults,
and serves as a link between the National Institute for
Literacy and the Arkansas adult learning and literacy
community.

The Arkansas GED
testing program serves all adult Arkansans, not enrolled
in or graduated from high school, who meet state
requirements regarding residency. The GED tests
measure whether adults can demonstrate the skills and
knowledge associated with a four-year high school program

technical institutes and vocational technical schools
offer opportunities for Arkansans who want to enter the
job market or who are looking for a career change.

a Second Language (ESL) instruction from Arkansas
