Measure Effectiveness

If you want to measure the effectiveness and success of your WEP, you can take action by:

• consistently measuring participants in terms of their productivity, customer satisfaction, and work quality

• benchmarking against other successful programs

• linking measurement to performance management and organizational processes

• measurement methods used by Baldridge, American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC) and American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) to select award winning training programs

• linking workplace basic skills to increased responsibility and pay

• fitting solutions with financial and technical needs and capacity

• applying ROI methods for in-depth quantitative evaluation of programs
