The ABE Literacy Resource Center is a free mail-order lending library for anyone in the northwest region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, Wyoming, Montana) working in adult literacy and basic skills.

The Western/Pacific Literacy Network is a premier Web-based resource for the literacy community. It has established an on-line interactive structure for increasing communication and sharing information about adult literacy among the eighteen western states and Pacific islands.

Adult Basic Education (Washington) of the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges provides adults with opportunities to develop skills needed to qualify for further education, job training, and better employment.

The Association of Washington Business serves as Washington’s chamber of commerce and advocates policies that are responsive to the workforce needs of Washington state's employer community.  It also works to increase the accountability of workforce training programs.
