The Curriculum and Instructional Improvement Branch of the Delaware Department of Education works collaboratively with schools and districts to improve student achievement. The branch focuses on improvement of curriculum and instructional practice for programs ranging from early childhood through adult education.

Delaware's Workforce Investment Board brings job training, education and employment opportunities together, under a "one-stop" delivery system. Employers are empowered to find job-ready, skilled workers with occupational training that reflects the needs of Delaware's labor market.

The Workforce Development Section of the Delaware Economic Development Office provides employers with contact information for training resources for workers.  Employers can find names of trainers and information on financial assistance for planned training as well as on the value of training.

The Education Partnership, of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, fosters partnerships between the business and education communities. It shares information and best practices, forms alliances with higher education institutions to deliver training and identifies state and federal funds available to companies for worker training.
