Department of Education, supports workplace basic skills
education in Connecticut. The Bureau provides

Connecticut Regional
Vocational-Technical School System provides full-time
post-high school programs, apprentice training and

Literacy Center offers services that foster literacy

New England Literacy Resource Center (NELRC)
strengthens adult literacy services in New England through

The General
Educational Development (GED) Testing Program provides
Connecticut adults with a second chance to obtain their
high school diplomas. Information about the GED

by the Council for Advancement of Adult Literacy, compares
