If you want to integrate your WEP with on-the-job training, you can take action by:
developing a WEP and formally linking it to corporate training and performance appraisal processes
using the same technology and tools for learning that are used for work
using e-learning and on-line WEPs
providing and rewarding learning on-the-job
using on-the-job examples in the course curriculum and content
