Measuring
Participants
Creating
and delivering a WEP for employees is not enough.
Consistently measure WEP participants in terms of their
productivity, customer satisfaction, and work quality to
determine the success of your WEP.
Include
benchmarks and milestones for learner achievements into
the design of your WEP. Without measurements for
program success, the impact of the WEP on employees'
workplace basic skills will be difficult to see or
quantify. Records of your WEPs success and of its
impact on participants may be used to justify extending or
expanding the program in the future.
